The Grant-Season Community Input Kit
Alberta’s flagship community programs ask every applicant the same thing: “Projects must address a community-identified need and demonstrate community involvement.” A letter of support attests endorsement. This kit runs one structured, anonymous community session, in a week async or 90 minutes live, and produces the stronger category the funders themselves name: data on the community needs, ratified by the participants who provided it.

The kit never promises funding outcomes: both flagship programs state that meeting criteria does not guarantee funding. The claim is better evidence, stated honestly.
The Workplace AI Input Kit
56% of workers say their employer has never consulted them about AI in their work, and 66% have already used AI against policy. This kit runs the conversation most organizations skipped: two structured, anonymous rounds that produce a ratified boundary set (what AI should never do here, and what people wish it already did), role-level training needs, and a commitment table leadership fills in aloud. Built under a scripted amnesty: the session collects what should be true going forward, never who did what.

The kit never claims compliance discharge: its output is evidence that informs an Article 4 training justification and consultation duties, not a certification. And it refuses to collect evidence of past policy violations, by design.
The Community AI Conversations Kit
Half of adults are now more concerned than excited about AI, and 60% want more control over how it is used in their lives. Between industry marketing and doom-versus-hype media, a community has nowhere to work out what it actually thinks. This kit runs that room as a library program night: residents contribute anonymously, an AI drafts the themes, and the room renames and overrules it in front of everyone, which makes the evening a live demonstration of the thing it discusses. Comes with a source-verified further-reading list built to be photocopied.

The kit never claims to fight misinformation. Its claim is an accountable process: themes ratified by the room, disagreement published, and checkable sources arriving after the community has named its own themes.
